The site looks fine at first, but actually using it was frustrating. Pages were loading slowly, the menu felt all over the place, and the checkout steps weren’t very clear. I gave up once and came back later because the whole thing was kind of ridiculous.

I do like some of the clothes on bartboutique.com, but the stock situation was annoying. A few things looked like they were available when I was browsing, but once I clicked through, they were either sold out or only available in random sizes. It made me feel a bit misled, like the site was showing me options that weren’t really there.
Actually placing an order was fine, and the website is easy enough to get around. I just wish they’d keep the availability more accurate so you don’t get your hopes up for no reason. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great either, so I’d give it 3 stars

I had to exchange for a different size, and overall it went smoothly. Support was helpful and got things sorted out, which I appreciated. It did take a few days longer than I expected, so that part was a little annoying, but the new one arrived in good condition and fits fine

I ordered a dress from bartboutique.com and actually used the size chart before choosing my size. I’m usually really unsure when buying clothes online, so I was relieved that it ended up being mostly accurate.
The dress fit really well around my waist and hips. The bust was just a little loose, but not enough to bother me or make me want to return it.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the size chart really did help a lot. I just wish there was a little more info about how much stretch the fabric has.

There was a tiny mark on the box and a little dust on the item, but nothing major. It wiped off easily, and there weren’t any missing parts or damage.

I ordered a medium, but apparently this is the “extra small in disguise” model. It fits way tighter than it should, like the sizing chart just packed up and left
